I need an office/event space in NYC that can hold 40-50 people + will be cool with us catering light brunch. Ideally Thursday morning of Farcon (May 1). Anyone down? Ideas?

i'm not sure if farcon is more manhattan or williamsburg centric. if williamsburg, you could check out Mindspace in the 25 Kent building.
