stop listening to users. observe them, instead. people either give answers they think are expected, cant accurately remember what they’ve done in the past, or under/overestimate what they’ll do in the future.

i was just going to write about this but you beat me to it! the good thing about web3 is that you can actually look at what people do, coupled with what they say makes for a pretty powerful intelligence engine
