Cut caffeine in June. Even tea. From 2–3 long blacks (not filter) a day to nothing, with no withdrawal. Occasional decaf cold brew or espresso (2–3/wk) if I miss the ritual or aroma. Enjoy the option to drink any time of day without impacting quality of sleep. Energy levels have run constant throughout the day sinc

Fudge, I often think about doing this myself, though I only even drink 1 cup of coffee in the morning..
