Which bicep exercise is your least favorite one? For me, it's the seated incline dumbbell curl. I can't find the right bench angle, and I feel great tension in my shoulder. Do you have any tips on that?

Barbell curls probably. I'm just not that good at them and it wrecks my elbows. Incline db curls are probably one of my favorites. I don't really stress about the bench angle

Oh I get it. It sometimes hurt my elbows too (especially when lifting heavy).

I got wicked elbow tendonitis early on in my training "career". I do mostly hammer curl variations for all my bicep work now. Probably 80% neutral grip vs 20% supinated.
