Guys, if you want to build a good body quickly you need to try this: D1. Upper chest D2. Back(vertical pulls)+Biceps D3. Lower chest D4. Back(horizontal pulls)+Biceps D5. D1 D6. D2 D7. D3 D8. D8 Repeat again Training volume and proper technique(full range of motion) are more important than chasing heavy weights

We're talking about a good body quickly. Here you need to focus on the main muscles that give a good silhouette. just imagine what will happen to the upper body if all efforts and all recovery resources go there. I see so many people in the gym with big legs but absolutely disgusting pecs and biceps. D8 = Day 8
