i’m a big proponent of push, pull, legs. it’s considered a standard for good reason! it’s easy to stick to, plan for, and stay consistent with.

A split is just a way of organizing your weekly workload. It doesn't matter which split you pick as long as you enjoy it. I prefer upper/lower and PPL splits.
