Have been getting feedback from the Japanese FC community that it’s harder for them to get power badges due to the majority English speaking demographic of early/OG users.

Yes! Although this is entirely non-scientific observation on my part, I’ve noticed very few badges on user accounts with non-English casts. I’m glad you’re pointing it out!
