FRIDAY FEELS

It’s Thanksgiving which means it’s time to say what we are thankful for in our lives.

I am thankful to have a loving and supportive family. Growing up I was surrounded by love. I couldn’t even understand how people could end up homeless as I had so many aunties, uncles, cousins etc who would look after me if god forbid something had happened to my parents. It’s only now that I’m older that I realise how privileged I am. I’m also thankful to have met so many of you who I consider my web3 family.

As someone that lives with chronic pain, I’m keenly aware of how hard life can be. What I’ve learnt is that being grateful for the littlest of things will make every day a great day. No matter how hard you have it, there’s always a lot to be grateful for. 
Find joy in the little details and let that fill your cup each day.

So true Renee! Sadly we often don't appreciate what we have until it's gone, this is particularly true with health. You are so right, there's always something to be grateful for and it's an important lesson. A couple of months back I was also diagnosed with a chronic condition and it really made me wake up and realise how lucky I really am. There are so many who are much less fortunate than me. Thanks for sharing, I hope that you have a pain free day today.
