web3 doesn’t have a top of funnel problem, it has a conversion problem web3’s conversion problem is not about onboarding friction, it’s about perceived value gap if potential users see no reason to try your product, it doesn’t matter how frictionless it is

Part of that conversion problem is language. Perceived value gap narrows with language that speaks to and is understood by those not yet onboarded too.

I’m all about storytelling and agree that language used today is frequently needlessly inaccessible, but I gotta say that so much of web3 promise today is still more theoretical than practical
