I’ve been doing the one meal a day thing since beginning of December. There have been very few exceptions. I also do 48 hr fasts sometimes (like 10 so far, tbh it’s just skipping a meal). Weight wise it has yielded expected results. I’m continuing this schedule not because of weight but because it makes me feel I’m in control. I often feel out of control so this is a good feeling. I’m plan to skip today’s meal (so do another 48hr) because my last few days have been “extra” with my meals, and so I felt spiraling again. I trust this fast will give me back the good feeling.

Interesting. I've been stress eating lately... First I need to work on my stress... but I wonder if this would help, too.

A daily “win” is something nice and honestly addicting in some sense. For me it also helped with weight but the mental win has been the more important one
