Fitness

Yesterday I completed my first triathlon. Very disappointed with my time. Lots of lessons were learned. I might do a thread later on some of the things I would change for next time if anyone is interested.

you did it man! Don’t worry about time and such, you’ve got your first one under your belt now. Next one may even be better, or worst. But then you’ll have done two! 

You’re amazingly impressive and the willpower and dedication this takes is amazing.
