what's one normal life thing that would improve if it was onchain, and why?

I'll start: 

library (book) cards - public record of who checked out what book, condition they returned it in, list of books I've checked out, can see what other people are reading, transparent checkout queue.

I think it would be pretty cool to see regional data for crops and yields on chain. And how those products move around the world, sometimes or even often in insanely wasteful and convoluted manners

I like it when it makes me feel something.
