When the bot seems stuck @ds8 is there anything a user can do to help it get back on track, or is just patience required? Is reporting even helpful or just adding to the workload for you or others involved?

stuck how? if the frame doesn't work, you should just hit refresh. but if it's about the numbers you have to wait for the next day - the stats get updated every 24h.

Stuck in a sense that the tipping allowance number doesn't go down, like it does normally when I tip. Mine continues to show 7900 degen left to tip for example. But even been tipping since (like last night, so 6+ hours past) and there is no update.

hmm, this is the output i got from the api that powers the frame. i'm not sure how often it updates, might be stuck now. all i can tell you from my position is to be patient.

Thanks very much for checking. I didn't assume this is an issue on your end but wanted to make sure, happy to help with troubleshooting if was the case. Normally the allowance for me updates in about 1 hour (daily update) so I'll check back again.
