Optionally, you can also use an existing ERC20 or ERC721 token to create your community instead of launching a new token!

This is so cool! I’m trying to play with it but your website is having some issue (Totally understandable). Any plans to expand the ERC20 support outside of Base? Also, does one need to be the deployer of a coin to create a community based on an existing token?

For existing tokens we support OP, ARB, Base, Polygon, and mainnet. It's only Base for launching. No, anyone can create the community for a token. You don't have to be the deployer.

I can’t seem to add any credential to my account right now. Slew of different error messages. Will keep trying. I can’t wait to launch a few communities!

Can you share the errors in a DM? Will help figure it out. Adding credentials can take 30-60 seconds because of the zk proof generation
