Is there a universal "do-not-email" list I can sign up for to avoid recruiters?

father, husband, css booster, ux engineer, silently defining variables at /sdv

I just block recruiter inbound mail (as a hiring manager)/report as spam/etc.  whenever I don’t, I end up with 3-4 drip emails “just bringing to the top of your mailbox” etc. as CSO I also get shitty security product spam on top.
