The active badge is going away. Spammy accounts are aggressively gaming the system to get the badge. Making the rules stricter just makes it harder for legitimate users. We’re past the point where a simple rule based system will work. We need something better.

You know what I love about Farcaster? For the most part, no one knows each other’s: - age - identity - sexual orientation - race - ethnicity - wealth - job title / CV - etc. We all just engage around a love of ideas and the potential of technology. That's a beautiful & rare thing these days. 🙏

It depends on what’s the total compensation package. If you’re not getting any salary, you should be brought in as a co-founder with >10% equity. If you’re getting above avg salary, then anything <2% is fair. If you’re getting avg or below avg salary, then negotiate for 2–9%.
