it's a sobering take and moment of self-reflection for this tech for sure. Especially from such an important project, and talented founder. My own take is I think most companies are trying to build something too big and too fast. that requires great talent and engineering hours and, most importantly, funding. The only business model that has had even moderate success in our industry is wild speculation on a token (or NFT). But doing this means your product is now the token, not the game itself. It's unsustainable for most teams. I'm still optimistic that onchain gaming can find PMF. Just takes pioneering teams and projects like Primodium and others to take a crack at it.
