I love how the Warpcast devs' response to feedback is usually just justifying why their approach is the best, and everyone else is wrong.

I think there are lots of other folks who capture the current meta better than I on this, but it's no secret that tons and tons of users want better UX for conversations. Especially in threads! There's long been a large segment of users who care more about convos and groups than gimmicks and gambling. And those folks have been ignored for (checks watch).. ever. IMO a simple solution would be to let users select what they're interested in, rather than expecting them to keep up with constantly-shifting settings, opt-outs, etc. I do a lot of volunteer onboarding for social purpose orgs who like the liberatory, non-speculative use cases of d-tech. And Warpcast's focus on niche crypto culture and speculation is a deal-breaker for those normies. :( I guarantee that the next 10MM qDAU's won't be shitcoin gamblers. 🙏 https://warpcast.com/artlu/0x6cdbc06b

I think it's great that *now* this issue is paid attention.. But the discourse around threads has been ongoing for like a year. There are great examples. But how am I supposed to find a 6+ month old post in my likes to reference here? We already made these posts, tagged devs and had convos about it. Why are we now being asked to spend an hour digging up all those convos, when they were ignored in the first place. That's the source of the frustration.. Tons of FC users who prioritize conversations and groups/channels over shiny objects and gimmicks, being ignored for months on end when they're giving feedback about frustrating experiences. Unfortunately I don't have a bookmark list of all my feedback. I just pay to use the app in hopes of enjoying it like everyone else :(

@deodad I understand where @rathermercurial.eth (apt name) is coming from. I've been giving feedback on threading and left more examples in the thread you linked Quality of life improvements absent token-related features would be really welcome
