I’m bullish on trading off cryptographic security for cryptoeconomic in zk.

You guys have no idea how excited I am about AlignedLayer. It really opens up a lot more possibilities in ZKPs on-chain. Cheap verification is just the tip of the iceberg.

The common points of all these proofs is that they are posted on-chain. That's expensive.

 There are two important trends here 1) the number of proofs is increasing and b) their costs is increasing.

I’m planning on deploying contracts to Optimism.

Strange that I would want the strictest ZKP verification on a chain that has pretty much the same issues as AlignedLayer.
