Baked some bread again. Messing around with whole wheat and other flour. Just to mix it up a bit. It's not as "air-y" as it could be, but it's still good.

Basic bread recipe. Flour, salt, water, yeast. Add a tiny bit of sugar if you don't like to wait for 6-8 hours for it to raise. You don't need to shape it like a baguette. I shaped mine like a "pain" (according to @theonlycakeone). Don't be afraid to mess around with different types of flour (wholewheat or rye makes the bread a bit more soggy though). Cover with a wet cloth after the oven (10min or so). There, you can now make bread. 

It's LITERALLY 5 minutes of actual work (as the title says).
