Telling you a trick to get a golden/more crunchy surface. It's all about steam in the oven. Trying putting a ice cube in your baking tray then that converts into steam and you will get a golden texture on your bread.

It is really inviting, congratulations! If you want it more airy you'll still maybe want to wait longer before baking. If you'd like to experiment with a different recipe, I give you this Italian recipe for pizza bread that I've made often: Flour: 1 kg Fresh brewer's yeast: 2.5 g Total water: 0.667 L (667 ml) At the beginning: 500 ml Gradually (drizzled in): 133 ml To mix salt and sugar: 33 ml Salt: 20 g Sugar: 5 g Sunflower seed oil: 8.3 g
