10k at Zurich Marathon today. Same pace as the last two years. Goal is to run 10k in 40m once. Any PRO tips to improve the pace?🎩

Nice pace there! Im trying to break 45 min atm mid 47s is my current best, but 10k is a relatively new distance for me.

Shorter. Running was always just to be in shape for other sports. But in the last 18 months ive been running to run. I try to run everyday at least 3.5k. Longest run has been 12k. Typically get 1 10k in per week...
