Is it illegal to give away money to followers?

What if I said I would give 1 ETH to a randomly chosen follower this Friday? 

Screw it, let's do it. I'm gonna give someone 1 ETH on Friday.

50% - will be spent on the development of my current app in progress (the purpose of which is to learn to correctly understand, set and achieve your real goals)
25% - I'll invest in new projects/coins/nfts
25% - I will spend on myself - a course of massages, an expensive spa and 10 new books

so we can say - 100% will be spend and invested in my future, completely honest and as promising as possible
