last night at the carnival there was a group of young guys in front of us. and one of the girls danced all night.

in the morning i wrote to my girls that i admired her and thought how long it had been since i danced so easily and freely. this resulted in my sunday thoughts and notes

yes, as we get older, we move further and further away from lightness. but it's good that we can still preserve this ray of light within ourselves.

I really feel it. I'm going through a period when I really feel the need to learn to give to myself what my inner child needs. And it's definitely not getting easier as we grow up 😁
