Since Spam labels are now public, I’ve spent some time looking at things these accounts have in common vs accounts that don’t get labeled and this is my initial advice for people who’ve been labeled. 

1. STOP sharing frames. If you didn’t build it, don’t share it. 
2. Stop recasting. Instead, quote cast and spell out why you are sharing it. What makes this worthy of being shared?
3. Ensure 80% of your timeline is original content. Don’t steal it from the web, make something unique and genuine. It better to not cast at all than to cast slop. 
4. Only reply to people in channels. If someone casts to their home feed and doesn’t follow you, don’t comment. 
5. Stop tagging people. They don’t get notified of the tags anyway. It’s pointless to tag them.

Generally good advice, but I want to correct a few misconceptions: 

1. Posting frames is not bad
2. Recasting is not bad 

The best advice is to post original thoughts. It's OK to quote, reply to, tag and engage with someone when you have something useful to add.

and what about users not subscribed to each other? there was smth like if i write to someone not my fren (ex. you) i'll be consider like a spammer..
but mb i just have smth to tell/answer that is relevant at the moment.
and how make new connections and frens if we couldn't communicate to non-subscribers?
