One thing that really grinds my gears is when people tell me they are too busy for something, don’t have time, etc

Everyone has time to do things that they prioritize, it just may require you waking up earlier, staying up later, or squeezing it in where it might be /uncomfortable

And here again we come to the questions of choice and prioritisation. And yes, many people just saying that they can't reach some goals because of the lack of time - but mostly it will be due to the lack of desire to put in any more effort than usual
