as far as i could see, he is excelling on all plans: great communicator of complex issues for a wide audience, clearly understands what he/we are facing economically/socially/politically. he has been active in civil society/politics for more than a decade. very humble too

i've met people half his skill (bronze, silver medalists) and the analytical ability and systems thinking was out of this world (granted, often with handicap in other areas, but still...)
