would've probs said Lisbon but haven't stayed there long enough to confidently recommend

Porto has a manageable size to meet most of what i think you'd like (and most of what you enumerated above)

good public transport/walkable, sea, intl. enough, some crypto teams, pretty chill lifestyle, decent CoL, green spaces

okay went down memory lane and wanna add that porto is sooo pretty

and regional transport is also decent, been around some of the cities

cute pubs, lots of history, artsy, and a decent selection of healthy food

okay now i miss porto :(
