Y’all do fasting?

I’m 24 hours in. Thinking I’ll for 4-5 days, which will make it the longest fast I’ve tried so far (last one was 72 hours)

2 weeks ago I did 7 days veggie-only diet. For me it worked so much better than 3 day fast. (I can still feel positive aspects of doing it!)
