This! What helped me also, is trying to put myself in their 'shoes'. By doing this, I started to become less judgmental and more happy. Culture too played a role in communication, by knowing so many different cultures, I became so flexible and social relationship improved too.

That’s a great point, it helps being more forgiving of others when you think of your own self from 10, 15, 20 years ago and how much you’ve evolved and wisened up.
