I like to think out loud. I like riffing on ideas and thinking about core principles. But not everyone is capable of understanding ideas or prototypes for what they are. People jump to implementation details. How do you all communicate with others / your teams in a first principles way? Propensity for action is good. But you gotta stop and think sometimes.
