We’re one week away from the first view.art launch event in Tokyo on August 11th.

The product has come a long way since our initial prototype, but there is still much work to do. 

I commit to posting daily about the process of preparing a product for launch.

Especially if it’s uncomfortable :)

When coming up with a name for our display software we considered a few options.

Ultimately, we landed on view.art for a few important reasons:
- It's short & easy to type
- It's neutral, to convey that all platforms & genres are welcome
- It's descriptive of the product
- We could get the domain :) 

The logo is a homage to the Bright Moments brand, but stands on it's own as an independent product incubated within our ecosystem. 

I look forward to seeing many people use it to display great onchain art from platforms like /highlight, /zora, /foundation, /fxhash, and more.
