1. We adjust for number of active followers, so big accounts get normalized a bit

2. We had a similar algo running every day since August with daily $5 USDC rewards

3. Accounts like @afrochicks started with few followers at the start of daily rewards and now have sizable (active) audiences.

here are some tips on how i was able to grow my following/engagement on here 

1. purple cow 

mr beast said if you see a regular cow whilst driving you wouldn’t really think twice about it but if you saw a purple cow you would prob stare at it for a bit 

make your content like that purple cow and find a way to stand out from everyone else!

2. use the feedback

is there is a pattern on casts that people resonate with, are certain topics more popular?  double down on those topics!

 @coach-holness  has done this with daily fitness videos and showing his sneaker collection - his following has grown from 0-1k in a pretty short time

3.  expertise

find something you’re an expert in and cast about that - even if it’s incredibly niche, alpha doesn’t just have to be in crypto share your learnings, fave recipes, mistakes, wins - @samantha, @zeni.eth and @serendipity do this so well

4. now go get that bag 💰

Few months ago I used to post my designs daily on the design channel
I finished from the university earlier this year studying geophysics, I don’t really have enough experience on the geophysics field, done a couple of internship jobs so I do know my way around certain fields like oceanography and oil and gas, but in terms of work experience i haven’t done much cause I just graduated in January

exactly everyone has a story and a unique perspective on something

like you’re a geophysicist and are into UX/UI but i don’t think i have seen many casts of you talking about that 

i do love your memes though haha!
