legit worked at it during devcon :D though the location data is 1) taken from what people set on hubs 2) not real time So if people set it, you know they are attending the conference. If they don't you have no idea. E.g. I don't change my location from Frankfurt, Germany. So you wouldn't have seen me attend on the map. Besides that from people who update location it was really fun to see people go to bangkok and now migrate out or stay in SEA
