Ah, starting with google deep dream AI for the source material then processed through runway image to video. Finished by converting the mp4 to gif, copying the final frame into Photoshop, isolating the elements and arranging them into a chaotic jumble over 20 additional frames with a fade in from 10-90% contrast of the first frame in the loop to make it continuous at the end.
