This is my non-consensus truth, and the fact that it is non-consensus is a root cause of many of society's problems today.

Do you think absolute truth systems choices should be mostly* focused on the hardened choices (catholic, Judaism, Islam, etc) or are there alternatives? How do you see people finding / managing these alternatives?

What do you mean by "hardened choices"?

I’m riffing off the concept of “absolute truth systems” — and trying to differentiate between systems that have hardened / matured over millennia, and those that have not (assuming they exist?) and considering: is there a choice outside of the mature systems?

This is a great question. I think the key is that the system needs to aim to be a holistic and logically consistent worldview. Even if it fails at either of those goals, or it’s not quite mature enough, that needs to be the aim. I can’t think of a system that does that outside of traditional, hardened religions
