Since we started minting CryptoCitizens in '21, I've been searching for a way to create a shared treasury controlled by our token holders. 

I have been unable to find a solution, still, three years later (!)

This is such a huge opportunity I can't help but assume I must be missing something.

I can help with this btw. Would recommend chatting with the folks over at Hats @hatsprotocol and ScopeLift. But can also put you in contact with other governance designers. What you’re asking for is absolutely completely doable with current tech.
