Have not been to the gym for 5 days due to a cold. Feeling my arms getting smaller, my chest disappearing, and my back turning from a cobra, to a seal. What should I do ?

if you hav a kettleball or any small weights, kettlebell swings are a go to exercise, do them for as many reps as possible and in 5 min you have done a workout good enough to mantain your phisyque

Oh, I love them. Good advice. Luckily, I am better and I think tomorrow I will finally go and lift some weights. Today, maybe some bodyweight stuff, to alleviate the negative thoughts.
