seeing stark difference in approach/mindset in founders from 2020/21 who raised 4-10mm and now default dead vs those who raised recently or are starting something new despite 2020/21 founding experience. many in 2020 cohort not mature/nuanced and still trying to chase trends vs independent thesis about markets and conviction
