This question needs context. Trust in what way? Reliability? Being spied on? Safety?

I am starting with the basic: reliability, integrity, availability, dependability— and not in theory, but in practice.

My issue with IPFS is that I need a pinning service or run servers myself to make sure the content truely lasts which is a failure in design imo

Not sure if Arweave is long lasting but at least has financial accounting for long term storage by the network vs having 3rd party providers be the default 

I lean AWS
