Those that do Push Pull splits, do you guys normally do a push day, then immediately follow up with. a pull session next day? Or do you split it up? Quite sore from my push day, mainly focused on upper body because I did a shit ton of cardio.

i got you, that’s what i’ve been going after as well. when you say “inclined treadmill,” i’m assuming you mean like an uphill walk! if so, that’s FANTASTIC. how many days a week are you doing this? also, are you aware of your maintenance level of calories, and if so, are you in a calorie deficit?

I’m pretty sure I’m always at a caloric deficit. I cut out carbs whenever I eat anything. Or at the minimum I try to cut out carbs. Inclined treadmill like a hill yeah. 15.0 incline at 3.0-3.2 speed At least 4x a week. I do cardio everyday I go gym

wait, but why are you cutting out carbs?! ideally what you’re minimizing is fat intake, but even that is welcomed in a healthy diet. of your calorie spread, you could do a high protein diet like 40/35/25% with protein/carbs/fats respectively. cutting out carbs doesn’t accelerate fat loss.

Yea I hear you. I’ve just noticed my body personally whenever I eat carbs I gain a lot of fluff around my stomach and when I cut it out, I can see slimmer stomach in general. I do try to reduce fat intake and stick with leaner options. Will try out your high protein diet and see how it goes.
