I just paid $200 for access to the new o1-pro Deep Research feature. I get 100 requests per month and it can produce a PHD-level research document in under an hour. What should I ask it?

Here is one I've been noodling on "Relatively speaking a lot of mesh boundaries have corollaries with optical filters. With that in mind, are there any optical filter structures that have not yet been used in mesh or filter applications that should have been, and inversely, are there any mesh/filter structures that haven't been applied as optical filters? Please focus initially on blood brain barrier type interfaces, but don't feel constrained to a specific scale. Think of this as a doctoral group exercise to direct research inquires. The goal is to surface otherwise unidentified similarities in seemingly different research areas. Please ensure that all caveats and assumptions are well explained and cited. Do not be afraid to lean into somewhat disparate or non obvious hypotheses, given that this is extremely far upstream brainstorming. If there are other interfacial or filter applications that aren't related to liquid:liquid membranes or optics, raise those as further considerations". ๐Ÿง
