If it’s a network state, it would likely start online so would this be a start up? Or do you think you can flip and existing?

the network state as a concept describes an organization of people with a certain set of characteristics. I think most of those characteristics are met by universities. I think that if one were committed to the creation of a new state, the structure of a university would be a possible (perhaps ideal) stepping stone.
