Shorter or longer emails when meeting someone new? I only feel like shorter emails work when you already have some authority or warm connection. Ideas by themselves at early stages can rarely pique interest (I think).

If the email is the first intro, then deffo short. Also depends on context. Don't be afraid to use scannable bullet points.
