Web3 builders, when you start a new project, you go with: 1) native ethers 2) wagmi + ethers 3) web3js 4) other?

wagmi + ethers + rainbowkit. Can just run `yarn create @rainbow-me/rainbowkit@latest` to get everything ready in a few seconds

Wagmi, ethers, and rainbow kit these days. Hardhat or increasingly Foundry for smart contracts. Best practices change about once a year but get better and better! πŸ’ͺ

since one of the options is wagmi, i'm assuming the question is for react so i'd say #2 had a pretty good experience on the last mini project for bulk transfers - bulket.farcase.xyz

Web3-Onboard is pretty sweet these days. Also has a nice new Tally Ho package to allow seamless connection thanks to πŸ‘ˆπŸ«‘

Surprised by the lack of web3.js mentions here. I always start with web3.js if I’m just prototyping something and need to put smth together fast.

It depends on your language preferance but if its javascript, I recommend ethers.js over web3.js. The code is much cleaner and I'm seeing more and more new libraries using ethers.
