There’s so much about the art community that goes unnoticed or misunderstood by those outside of it. What’s one thing you wish more people understood about the art community? And how can we better spread that message?

I’ll keep repeating this till I’m death:

Art in web3 is not profit, is more meaningful and deeper than that.
And well it’s more about educating rather than spreading in this scenario.

At the beginning of NFTs everyone with an eth bag became a collector/gallerist/art connoisseur, it’s not how it works, there are all investors🤷🏻‍♂️

What do you mean by "it's more about educating"? In what ways?

I don’t know yet, but the difference between web2 and web3 art collectors is ABNORMOUS.

When people see an NFT the first thing that pops in they’re head is: “what’s the utility? What will I  eventually get for minting this?”

Well in web2 is different.
A collector doesn’t really need a “reason” to buy it, 90% of the time they just like it🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah kinda, but it must be a common effort imho.
Alone I can do 1%, but together..

Got it; I think i understand what you mean. That you as the artist, need to educate the collector.
