any design feedback on how to show nested casts in a feed for a Farcaster client? 😊 just limit to one embedded cast?

How about progressive disclosure instead of cascading? We can give a clue on the cast saying it contains an embed, and upon clicking, show the details and drill down to the inception. While the user needs to click through each cast to reach the tip, it's still better than providing a non-consumable format.

I agree with you. With this solution, it's hard to pinpoint how deep you are in the quote cascade until there's some kind of indication. The current solution is designed based on the cast you are reading is more related to the quote rather than the inception or root cast.

A good problem to think. A solution is needed that caters to users who are curiosity-driven and want to dig deeper, as well as those who might lose interest halfway through.
