its not a rewards game though, I've watched so many projects try to incentivize their way to growth. we're gonna have to build culture

Fun is a feeling that never gets old. Fun is a feeling that everyone enjoys. Fun is a feeling that is worth sharing.

There is a key to this. You build the structure to work without an incentive, like truly make it work. 

Then pour the token on top as fuel and it will scale. 

People start with incentive and that’s failure.
