think we've leaned very much into a "reward creators" model which is fc coded, and its time to start rewarding users more, too

at best this has meant super cool stuff getting built on top of clanker, creators winning with rewards & turning that around to make cool shit 

its not a rewards game though, I've watched so many projects try to incentivize their way to growth. we're gonna have to build culture

There is a key to this. You build the structure to work without an incentive, like truly make it work. 

Then pour the token on top as fuel and it will scale. 

People start with incentive and that’s failure.
