looking for recommendations for... 1. a better keyboard. I use am Apple Magic Keyboard, full size with Numeric Keypad and recently have developed more wrist, hand and forearm pain, looking for anything better suited what is basically a full time desk job 2. good exercises for the same issues. I swim and do some basic free weight stuff + pushups. lots of obvious info online, but any recs from personal experience? do I need to start lifting heaps? how can I make it so I can copy-paste smart contracts and angry-cast in /politics all day long without feeling like I'm getting really old

Keyboards are highly personal but generally split, low profile, and lighter switches are better for ergonomics. If you’re down to spend a little time adjusting, the ZSA voyager would be my pick in that realm Don’t have any wrist-specific exercises, but picking up a light band and doing band pull aparts a couple times per day works wonders for posture

thank you king, I've done band exercises in the past during some PT. will grab some and give it a shot one day I'll lift heaps like you do
